Provident Insurance has reduced its claims costs for motor insurance by using DigiLog's UK Advanced Validation Solution. Following a successful pilot, Provident has signed a contract with DigiLog and all claims are being processed through the system from July. The insurer is set to extend the pilot to accident claims in the next two months.
