Westinsure Group has achieved £300m gross written premium in 2009 and has secured more than 35 new brokers to join the Alliance, increasing its total member offices to over 200.
Max Hardman, Westinsure’s CEO, said: “Even though market conditions were difficult last year, we are delighted that 2009 was such a successful year for us. We continue to provide excellent value for money to brokers of all sizes with our competitive offering, and our sales growth and member figures speak for themselves.”
He continued: “Having strong relationships with the majority of composite insurers like Axa, Allianz, Groupama, Fortis, LV, MMA and NIG, Westinsure continues to be a major player in the broker network and an attractive proposition to insurance brokers – we look forward to 2010 and seeing the Alliance going from strength to strength.”
